TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.- WAY TO PAY
30% of the total stay at the time of booking.
70% remaining two days before the date of entry.
Payment by transfer, deposit into account or credit card.
A bond may be established depending on the services contracted.

2.- CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

The agreed price is for the number of people and nights contracted according to the reservation or admission form, not allowing the accommodation of more people than those contracted without prior admission and registration of the same by the Management of El Alloral, subject to the capacity and availability of the apartments.
When making the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested. The reservation will be considered firm on the date the deposit is credited to the bank account, at which time El Alloral will notify the client of the reservation confirmation.
In case of cancellation, the amount of the signal may be applied as compensation, if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the contracted entry date.
The amount of the stay must be paid in full at the time of delivery of the key and will not be entitled to any refund in case of early departure to the contracted.
The time of entry will be between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on the day of entry and that of departure until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Any different schedule must be agreed with the Management.
The Alloral has an insurance policy with coverage of theft and / or robbery except the property and objects of its own or of the client, stolen by theft without violence or intimidation or that are outside the apartment.

3.- RULES OF USE AND OPERATION

The houses are delivered in perfect condition of use of all their elements whose inventory is in each house. The client responsible for any breakage or damage caused by the negligent use of them or by their pet as well as the theft or theft of objects that are not under the assumptions of the insurance policy coverage.
The houses are equipped with bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils complete with pressure cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, Italian coffee maker, iron, ironing board, drying rack, toaster, mixer, hair dryer and television (USB) , all in perfect state of use (please notify any anomaly that you detect).
The houses are delivered clean and with soap, gel, toilet paper, dishwasher, washing machine detergent, sugar, oil, vinegar and complimentary salt to start living in them, although customers should take into account providing these products during their stay.
The wood fireplace (cannot be used with charcoal) is delivered clean and must be left at the end of the stay in the condition it was found. The Alloral offers an optional service that includes firewood and lighting material.
It is totally forbidden to use the fireplace as a grill or barbecue. For this, there is a charcoal barbecue grill to be used outside which is delivered clean and covered with aluminum foil to facilitate cleaning. It is also requested that at the end of the stay they leave it in the state it was found.

It is not allowed to celebrate parties or meetings inside the houses or in the garden that may cause inconvenience to the clients or damage to the property, furniture, or equipment. Out of respect for customers, please be especially careful with noise between 11pm and 9am.

The houses are totally independent but form an architectural complex that makes them ideal for family reunions occupying several houses. In these cases, we prepare special offers depending on the number of rented houses and the length of the stay, always including specific advice on tourist activities in the area.

The houses are equipped with energy class A appliances, low consumption light bulbs and renewable energy systems to contribute to the care of the environment.

Customers are requested to consider the following general measures for energy efficiency and environmental protection (www.wwf.es):
• Use hot / cold sanitary water in a rational way in the washbasin, sink, shower and toilet to avoid unnecessary consumption.
• The heating of the houses is designed to maintain an optimal degree of well-being, so you should avoid leaving the doors and windows open when it is not necessary. The boiler remains off from 00:00 to 8:00 approx.
• Adjust the capacity of the washing machine to the maximum and use low-temperature programs as it saves energy, water and the clothes last longer.
• Keep the refrigerator and freezer doors open for as little time as possible.
• Turn off lights when they are no longer needed.
• Deposit garbage and waste in the appropriate containers intended for this purpose.

Smoking is not allowed inside the houses and smokers are requested to use the ashtray installed on the outside porch as this is the only area enabled for smoking (Law 28/2005 of December 26).
